TA releases new rebanding handbook

The 800 MHz Transition Administrator (TA) this week released an updated version of its reconfiguration handbook that includes many updated policies that have been released separately during the past few months. This Release 2.0 of the handbook includes guidance based on the FCC’s Oct. 5, 2005, memorandum and order that resulted in modifications t the Atlanta-area band plan. Also featured are more complete discussions of the payment processe, educational reimbursement policies, and a section on fraud, waste and abuse.
