New Zealand Ministry deploys incident management software

New Zealand’s Ministry of Civil Defence & Emergency Management will deploy E•SPONDER’s incident management software solution within the National Crisis Management Center and make it available to all regional civil defense emergency management groups, said Elaine Queathem, the company’s director of business development. The software solution lets multiple first-response entities share critical information when collaborating in the preparation, response, resolution and review processes associated with incidents. Queathem said the solution is compliant with National Incident Management System  and Incident Command System protocols.
