Many RF measuring units, as well as various forms of those measuring units, are in use today. It is important to understand what the measuring units mean and how they are used. It is also important to remember that the decibel is a relative measurement unit unless it is based on an absolute level. For example, “6dB” does not tell us the absolute level of a signal.
