FEBRUARY 2007 Congress does not seem eager to embrace the Cyren Call concept to reserve 30 MHz of 700 MHz commercial spectrum for a public/private nationwide broadband network for public safety. MARCH 2007 Frontline Wireless proposes a public/private shared network using the 10 MHz D Block of commercial spectrum and 10 MHz of public safety spectrum in the 700 MHz band.
